Grafton supports new initiative to improve employee engagement

The Grafton Employment Group and the University of Ulster in Northern Ireland have teamed up to launch a ‘Managing Wellbeing Tool Kit’ which is aimed at supporting employers who are concerned about their employees’ wellbeing in the workplace. The Managing Well Being Toolkit which is available free to download NOW and provides employers with simple and cost-effective guides on how to implement successful wellbeing campaigns within their workplace.

The kit includes guides on how to get started, how to organise and promote your events and how to get your employees engaged. The ‘Managing Wellbeing Tool Kit’ also shows employers how to make the most of external businesses, charities and public bodies when it comes to running wellbeing activities and events in their organisations throughout Ireland and the UK.

This toolkit is the first of a series of publications to help organisations promote, support and implement well-being initiatives.

In return, employers will develop a culture that includes:
  • A healthier more engaged workforce
  • Reduced employee stress levels
  • Reduced absenteeism
  • Improve employee retention
  • Increased employee productivity and performance
